WordPress.org vs WordPress.com: What’s the difference?
When it comes to WordPress, there are two options available: WordPress.org and WordPress.com. WordPress.org is an open-source platform that offers complete control over your website, including the ability to customize your site with any theme or plugin you choose. However, it does require hosting and maintenance.
On the other hand, WordPress.com is a hosted platform that handles all the technical aspects of running a website, such as hosting and security. However, it comes with limited customization options and is generally less flexible than WordPress.org.
Although we focus primarily on WordPress.org sites, we encourage you to explore both options and choose the one that best suits your needs.
